My background spans more than two decades across academic leadership, human resources, information systems, and organizational strategy. I hold a Doctor of Business Administration with research focused on how artificial intelligence improves operational efficiency and decision-making in complex institutions. I have led multi-program portfolios, redesigned credentials, built systems, and translated research into working solutions that leaders can implement.

Cheryl brings deep experience from the SaaS world, with extensive expertise in marketing strategy and product development. She understands how to position technology, how to shape product-market fit, and how to turn ideas into solutions people actually adopt.
